Outtakes are shown during the first part of the end credits of Valentine’s Day. Then at the very end, Willy & Felicia are shown for a brief moment running into the middle of the football field with band members forming a heart formation around them. This last scene is very brief.

On a personal note, the outtakes are worth staying for, that final scene is so short that it’s not worth staying for in my opinion.
