During the Credits (spoilers)

There are extra scenes during the credits of Dawn of the Dead that show clips of the world in anarchy and shots from Steve’s camcorder. There are mostly shots of zombies shown; however, there are also scenes of Steve and his girlfriend shot similar to the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape. The survivors are shown finding another boat with an icebox on it, when they open it they discover the head of a zombie that’s still moving. The last scene shows the survivor’s boat running out of gas and them getting off on a random island. As they arrive they let loose their dog which goes off chasing something. It turns out to be zombies, which end up running back and attacking them and the camera.

After the Credits

There are no extras after the credits of Dawn of the Dead.

I like the fact that the film marries the personal gf video stuff w zombies but I have mixed feelings about running out of gas on some random island and getting wiped out by yet more zombies! I like the not every movie has a happy ending feel but I wouldve LOVED to see a sequel to this movie! This movie DIRECTLY inspired dead rising and left for dead I don’t see how there isn’t a sequel it would be fun to see the directions they could go in w this movie to me they weren’t the first to do the zombie horror movie but I feel snyder brought a fresh new energy to the genre and there could still be more story to tell…
