Archive for the ‘Post-Credit Scene’ Category

I was excited after reading early reviews about Star Wars: The Clone Wars and hearing critics hint that there would be something extra after the credits for fans. Unfortunately, that something extra was about a 3 second clip of Jawas playing with a Lucas logo. I wouldn’t recommend sitting through the credits unless you want to be disappointed.
Special thanks to Jedi AtGUA for the Stinger Alert!
Extra Scene After Credits of Idiocracy

After the credits of Idiocracy, Rita’s pimp from the past is shown getting out of the same type of capsule Rita and Joe were frozen in. After he gets out in the future he puts on his hat and says, “I’m gonna find this hoe.” The scene ends with him walking down a crowded street and checking out women while rap music is playing in the background.
Many Extras During Credits of Reno 911!: Miami

There are many extra scenes during the credits of Reno 911!: Miami.
The first scene during the credits shows Johnson and Garcia talking to each other about how they both got tattoos when they were drunk and can’t figure out who their tattoos are of. Neither of them say anything as they slowly realize that their tattoos are of each other.
There are two more scenes after that with Garcia, Jones and Dangle trying to arrest different people at pools.
Junior is then shown realizing how young the Asian girl he fell in love with is when she runs up to him in a schoolgirl outfit with her parents. She tells him that she’s in junior high and that she’ll be 14 next month. She tells her parents that she’s leaving with her man. Junior begins to freak out and stuffs her in a van. He tells her to call him when she’s 16.
There’s an extra clip from the scene earlier of Dangle and Wiegel trying to have sex in the motel.
Kimball is shown saying bye to a random girl and padding her on the butt. Williams walks up to her and accuses her of being a lesbian. Kimball says she’s not, but she’s pretty sure that girl was.
Wiegel and Williams are shown on the beach telling an immigrant who just got off a raft to get back on his raft, go back to Cuba and tell Castro they said, “Hey, what’s up?”
Dangle is shown being woke up by his phone and shooting off his gun in fright.
Dangle and Junior are shown eating at a bar. Junior tries cracking a peanut with his gun and has it explode in his face.
Dangle and Junior are shown checking a man’s bag at the airport and finding a contraption. They think it’s a bong and start sucking on it and showing each other how to use it until the man tells them he’s a proctologist. He explains that he uses it to extract impacted fecal matter from the anus and Junior says that explains the weird taste.
There are also some extra scenes after the credits.
Dangle and Junior are shown playing with handheld metal detectors and using the beeping sounds to make a beat.
Dangle and Junior are then shown at the baggage check saying that a bag is stuck in the x-ray machine. Junior looks inside to try and fix it, but ends up being pulled in by the machine. Dangle looks at the x-ray and asks if Junior has ever had his wisdom teeth taken out, that he thinks he might need his wisdom teeth taken out.
The last extra scene shows Junior driving and asking how he looks on camera. He says that he feels like Jeff Gordon driving with the camera on him. As he’s talking to the camera he notices that he’s about to crash and starts swerving. As he’s about to crash the camera fades to black.
The extras during and after the credits are probably the best I’ve ever seen for a movie. If you’re a fan of the television show then I highly recommend checking out the DVD, it’s packed with more extra scenes than any other DVD I’ve ever seen.
Extra Scene After Credits of Walk Hard

After the credits of Walk Hard there is an eerie black and white scene of Dewey Cox playing the song Walk Hard. There is text saying “The Actual Dewey Cox - San Francisco, California - April 16, 2002.” While the scene seems very real, it is really John C. Reilly wearing more makeup and Marshall Crenshaw’s demo playing that he originally submitted to the producers.
Here’s an image from the extra scene:

Extra Scene During Credits of Step Brothers

Halfway through the credits of Step Brothers, Brennan and Dale are shown landing a helicopter in the schoolyard where the kids attacked them earlier in the movie. They get out and have a long crazy fight scene with all the kids. The extra scene last about four minutes and is probably one of the funniest scenes in the entire movie. After the fight is over Brennan and Dale are shown walking away talking, Dale asks Brennan if he played his drums and Brennan continues to deny it.
There is also a very short extra scene after the credits that shows Brennan and Dale getting out of bed, sleep walking and saying random things about passports and being late.

After the credits of Constantine (Spoiler Warning! Read More…)
Extras During Credits of The Simpsons Movie

During the credits of The Simpsons Movie, Tom Hanks is shown doing a public service announcement where he says if you see him in person, please let him be. The actor’s names who voice the characters are shown alongside pictures of all the characters they voice. Then the Simpsons are shown watching the credits themselves. Bart starts pestering Homer to leave and says that he’s been holding it since they put the dome over the town. Homer tells Bart that he can wait, because a lot of people worked really hard on the film and all they ask is for you to memorize their names. Lisa says she wants to wait until she sees that no animals have been hurt during the making of the film. Right as she says that the credits say that no animals were hurt during the making of the film. As they get up to leave Homer finds popcorn on the floor and begins to eat it and Maggie says her first word “Sequel?”
After the credits the movie usher is shown cleaning up the movie theater complaining about how assistant manager isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and that four years of film school was all for nothing.
Kane and Kodos were originally shown criticizing the movie during the credits, but were removed after early pre-screenings of the movie.
Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D Credits

During the credits of Journey to the Center of the Earth there are all types of objects from the movie flying around the credits. During the second half of the credits dynamite is shown falling in slow-motion infront and behind the credits. At the very end the dynamite is shown at the bottom of the credits and then explodes. There’s no extra scene but the visuals during the credits are just as entertaining as the movie itself. (Spoiler Warning! Read More…)
