No Extras After Credits of Burn After Reading
As Burn After Reading ends the camera zooms back up into the sky just as it zoomed down from the sky at the start of the film. However, after that there is nothing else extra during or after the credits.
Credits of Gridiron Gang

During the credits of Gridiron Gang, footage is shown of the real Sean Porter and the juveniles from the team. Porter is shown coaching and using lines that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson used throughout the movie. There is also actual footage of the juveniles playing and being interviewed about their experiences.
Credits of Fly Me To The Moon

At the end of the Fly Me To The Moon, the words “The End” appear. Immediately after is a live action short featuring the real Buzz Aldrin, who delivers a strange message on behalf of NASA. It’s something to the effect of admitting that the fly-related events of the film are “impossible” and hence, fictional. After this, the credits roll with a nice moon-and-earth space backdrop that remains for about halfway through.
Special Thanks to Vinnie Leduc for the Stinger Alert!
Credits of Borat

At the start of the credits of Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, Cyrillic words are shown with the English words ‘Now stand for National anthem’ over them. The fake Kazakhstan National anthem plays during the credits as footage of Kazakhstan is shown. The footage is actually taken from Soviet-era Estonian TV commercials. The man shown at the end of the song as the president of Kazakhstan is actually Ilham Aliyev, president of Azerbaijan. The entire credits are done in Cyrillic with English subtitles over them. At the very end of the credits there is an extra that says, “KAZAKH BOARD OF FILM CENSORS: This film is unsuitable for children under the age of 3.”
Superbad Credits

Seth’s funny penis drawings that he talked about drawing as a child are shown during the first half of the credits of Superbad.
After the credits of Superbad, Seth’s voice is heard saying, “I love you.”
Blade: Trinity Extras

During the credits of Blade: Trinity, scenes of characters from the movie are shown.
The word “Word” is shown after the credits. After that there is an extra scene of Blade speeding off in his car.
There are two alternate endings included on the Blade: Trinity DVD:
The Director’s Cut Ending shows Blade sitting up in the morgue and attacking the FBI agents who’ve captured him. The scene leaves the viewer with the task of trying to figure out whether Blade is now human or has turned evil and finally giving into his thirst for blood. After the scene Blade is shown replacing his sword and riding off on a motorcycle.
The Werewolf Ending shows the Daystar virus wiping out every vampire on the planet. Blade is shown throwing his sword off a cliff into the ocean. The last extra scene shows the Nightstalkers now battling werewolves.
